Terms of Service

By accessing or using Workspace IQ (“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of Workspace IQ, including individuals accessing the platform under a free trial or paid subscription.

Workspace IQ is a CRM and project-management platform that integrates with Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Contacts) to help sales and relationship teams manage contacts, opportunities, projects, and AI-assisted meeting intelligence. Features include:

• Contact and opportunity pipeline management
• Google Calendar meeting sync and creation
• Google Meet transcript summarisation and action-item extraction
• Reviewed, copyable follow-up drafts built from CRM context
• AI-powered sales coaching via the Workspace IQ Coach feature
• Contact intelligence enrichment via web search

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@workspaceiq.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). By connecting your Google account you grant Workspace IQ access to the Google Workspace scopes listed on the OAuth consent screen. You may revoke this access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Use the Service to create spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security measure of the Service
• Use the Service to process data for purposes unrelated to CRM and sales management
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

Workspace IQ integrates with Google APIs subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. Our use of data obtained through Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the features described in Section 2. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or for purposes unrelated to the Service.

The Google Workspace integration is provided as-is and depends on the continued availability and terms of Google’s APIs. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by changes to Google’s platforms or policies.

Google, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. Workspace IQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data received from Google APIs.

Workspace IQ uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting summaries, extract action items, produce sales coaching recommendations, and enrich contact profiles. These outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI-generated output. Workspace IQ makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Workspace IQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purposes during the term of your subscription.

You retain all rights to the CRM data, notes, and content you create within the Service. By storing content in Workspace IQ you grant us a limited licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, XISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account within the Workspace IQ app. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems and revokes our Google OAuth access.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
