Everything you need to get up and running with Workspace IQ.
Getting Started
Workspace IQ turns Google Calendar, Contacts, and Meet into a unified CRM and project-management hub. You can be fully set up in a few minutes — there is nothing to install and no data to import manually.
Sign in with Google
Click Sign In in the top navigation and choose the Google account you use for work. Workspace IQ uses Google’s secure OAuth flow — we never see or store your Google password.
Grant Workspace access
During sign-in you’ll be asked to grant access to Calendar events, Contacts, and Meet transcripts. These permissions let Workspace IQ build meeting context, match attendees, and keep calendar events in sync. You can review or revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Let your timeline populate
Once connected, Workspace IQ syncs your recent Calendar activity and matches meetings to contacts. AI-generated summaries of Meet conversations and CRM notes appear on each contact’s timeline — no copy-pasting required.
Build your first pipeline
Create opportunities and drag them through your pipeline stages. As you work, Workspace IQ Coach surfaces tactical next steps directly on the contact timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Workspace IQ is a web app. Sign in with Google in your browser and you’re ready to go. It also works as an installable PWA on desktop and mobile.
Is my Meet transcript content stored?
Raw meeting transcripts are processed in-memory and discarded after the AI summary is generated. We store the summary and action-item titles — not the raw transcript. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which Google permissions does Workspace IQ request?
Access to Calendar events, Contacts (read), and Meet transcripts. Workspace IQ does not request Gmail access or send email. You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account permissions.
Can I use Workspace IQ with a personal Google account?
Yes. Workspace IQ works with both personal Google accounts and Google Workspace business accounts.
What plans are available?
We offer Solo, Growth, and Team plans on monthly and annual billing. Compare them on the Pricing section. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app. This permanently removes all CRM records, interaction logs, tasks, and derived insights, and revokes our access to your Google account.
